About the Website Design Project

Harr's Surf and Turf Market has been a local favorite around the Tampa Bay area since 1987. They offer a huge selection of corn and grain fed beef, literally ‘off the boat’ fresh seafood, over 250 artisan beers, countless wine labels and a variety of fine, aged cheeses. They even offer exotic meats like wild boar, buffalo and more!  People that know about this family run business stop in nearly every week because they are the best of the best. But what about the people that hadn't heard of it? Not only were they missing out on some of the best meats and seafood in Tampa, but Surf and Turf was missing out on new business.

For years they were using an outdated website that wasn't user friendly, was nearly impossible to update and there were no images of their products! Visitors to the website couldn't see the awesomeness Harr's Surf and Turf had to offer. So one afternoon while we were picking up some steaks, I asked owner and chef, Stephen, when we could do a new website for him and the rest was history!

Fireleaf designed a new website, photographed the entire store and developed the website utilizing Wordpress, a content management system that allows the Surf and Turf staff to make updates easily!
